Multiple award winner Gazza is the last man standing as the Namibian Annual Music Awards (NAMAs) staged its swansong. "This is for Namibia, and all those who never gave up on the dreams," said the Artist of the Decade winner. The awards, in its current format, came to an end after celebrating Namibian music for the past 10 years. “As we switch off the lights tonight, the wish is that Namibian music continues to grow," said Tim Ekandjo, NAMAs executive. The awards have not only seen the growth of musicians and artist but created many opportunities for industry players as well.
