A new initiative to combat gender-based violence (GBV) among women and girls in three Namibian informal settlements was launched at Okahandja Park in Windhoek. The initiative is titled 'Curbing GBV and Empowering Women and Children Living in Informal Settlements by Equipping Communities, Men and Boys to be Human Rights Defenders and Agents of Change'.
