Ovambanderu Traditional Authority has appointed Gerson Kunomundu Katjirua as the Acting Chief of the Ovambanderu Traditional Authority and Chairman of the Supreme Council. The appointment comes after the death of Ombara Kilus Karaerua Munjuku III Nguvauva.
