The Government Institutions Pension Fund's (GIPF) chief executive officer says the pension fund has not been affected in any way by the outbreak of the Coronavirus. Speaking to NBC News, David Nuyoma says the fund's assets exceed its liabilities and therefore it is in a position to honour its commitments.
