The Government will improve water supply countrywide in accordance with the Fifth National Development Plan (NDP5). Agriculture, Water and Land Reform Minister Calle Schlettwein says this will be done through upgrading existing water facilities, creating new ones and enhancing trans-boundary water cooperation.
