The Government has rubbished a claim by a local pastor that he prayed for President Geingob to lift the COVID-19 State of Emergency. The Minister of Information and Communication Technology Dr Peya Mushelenga says the state of emergency lapsed and any extension would have been informed by realities on the ground. Mushelenga cautioned Namibians against disinformation on serious national matters.
