A forum to speed up the implementation of the Government's Flexible Land Tenure system will soon be created for Swakopmund and Walvis Bay municipalities. Agriculture, Water and Land Reform Minister, Calle Schlettwein recently held meetings with local authorities at the coast, where he explained governments' desire to roll out the flexible land tenure system.
