Government is still waiting for the delivery of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. Early this year, it was announced by the World Health Organisation (WHO) through its Covax facility, that Namibia may get a small scale "first wave" of deliveries of the Pfizer vaccine around the end of January or early March.
