Over 100 parents are camping at the Pionieerspark Primary School in the capital, in a scramble for Grade 1 placement forms for 2021 to be issued tomorrow. There are only 350 places available, as such, bracing the cold winter night at the school has become a new phenomenon for parents seeking to secure a good chance for a place.
