Three Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) employees made a brief appearance in the Rundu Magistrates Court on Friday on theft charges. The accused were arrested after being found red-handed with seven boxes of tuberculosis medication at the Rundu Clinic stashed in two bags and ready to be transported out of the premises.
