CORRECTION | We erroneously reported that the Namibian High Court issued an interim order to stop the Masubia Traditional Authority in the Zambezi Region from coronating James Maiba, as chief. We would like to correct that, as it was in fact Frederick Nalisa that was to be coronated, and not James Kabati Maiba. We would like to apologise to James Maiba, who is only cited as a respondent in the matter, for any inconvenience this may have caused. The High Court order came after Gilbert Muhongo Mutwa, through his legal representative Ndaitwa Legal Practitioners, filed an application to stop the planned coronation of any chief for the Masubia tribe in the Zambezi Region.
