The Higher Education Ministry has no mandate to interfere in the affairs of the Katutura Youth Enterprise Centre-Kayec Trust. Deputy Minister Dr Becky Ndjoze-Ojo says the institution is a juristic entity governed by the Board of Trustees, who are responsible for dealing with the ongoing strike there.
