Stage two of the state of emergency has brought much relief to travellers, who can now enjoy long weekend outings, as a result of the now lifted countrywide lockdown. The atmosphere at the coastal towns of Swakopmund and Walvis Bay is beginning to change as the towns finally received some visitors for the long weekend.
