The Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security's public relations officer, Sacky Kadhikwa says they have on numerous occasions taken mobile services to Gam settlement to bring civic services closer to the people. Kadhikwa urged the Gam residents without national documents to approach the regional councillor's office who will on their behalf liaise with their ministry to start the application process.
