The Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security is visiting different schools across the country, in a drive to ensure that identity cards (IDs) are issued to all learners by the time they reach the age of 16. Ministry officials say they are going mobile to save learners the time and effort of having to apply for IDs through its offices.
