Beneficiaries of small livestock on Impalila Island are facing various challenges that constrain them from maintaining as well as generating income from their livestock. NBC News spoke to two of the beneficiaries, Sikabongo Sitengu and Hildeh Simalumba, who each received 21 goats in March last year.
