Inspector General of the Namibian Police, Lieutenant-General Sebastian Ndeitunga has reminded road users to exercise utmost caution to avoid and prevent any road accidents. Lieutenant Ndeitunga says the lifting of the countrywide lockdown, tomorrow, might result in traffic congestion on the national road networks.
