INTERVIEW | Silvanus Nepunda on the Namibian Extradition Amendment Act 19 of 2018

Extradition, in international law, is the process by which one state, upon the request of another, effects the return of a person for trial for a crime punishable by the laws of the requesting state and committed outside the state of refuge. The Namibian Extradition Act 11 of 1996 was amended in 2020 to Extradition Amendment Act 19 of 2018.
