Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) Regional Council candidate for Arandis Constituency, Emmanuel Hangula promised to bring change in Henties Bay if voted into power. Hangula claimed that most developments in Henties Bay were brought by individuals and not the previous municipal and constituency councilors.
