Kavango East Governor Dr Samuel Mbambo has urged the Ministry of Basic Education, Arts and Culture to make toilet facilities part of the school's buildings. Mbambo says he was disheartened to see children and teachers from public schools still subjected to poor sanitation, especially in rural areas.
