Some members of the public continue vandalising houses being constructed under the Mass Housing Development Programme at Keetmanshoop. The Urban and Rural Development Minister, while touring the houses this week, condemned the vandalising, noting it results in government having to spend twice on the same items and that it is a waste of scarce resources.
