Addressing new home owners at Keetmanshoop, Mayor Gaudentia Willemse-Krohne urged residents to frequently pay for services the municipality provides. She says the provision of housing places pressure on the Keetmanshoop Municiplaity's limited resources. Willemse-Krohne says this is because each plot has to be fully provided with water, electricity, roads, sewerage and sanitation services.
