Keetmanshoop residents and businesses owe council N$158 million

Keetmanshoop residents and businesses owe Council a combined debt of N$158 million. The town's mayor Maree Smit is therefore calling on them to honour their obligations. The Council in turn owes bulk water supplier, NamWater, N$16 million.
