The southern town of Keetmanshoop looks set to foster ties with the German's Kleinmachnow town through the signing of a twinning agreement. Keetmanshoop's Mayor Maree Smit in an interview with NBC News revealed the town is about to finalise a twinning agreement with Kleinmachnow town.
