Kelp Forest Foundation plans to establish a Blue School at the southern coastal town of Lüderitz to promote ocean education. This was revealed by Kelp Blue representative, Iriya Jona in a presentation during the inauguration of the aquaculture company's Giant Kelp Farming Project.
