Despite limited resources to curb the spread of COVID-19 //Kharas Governor Aletha Frederick is happy with efforts made to mitigate the impact of the pandemic. Frederick revealed this during her maiden State of the Region Address at Keetmanshoop. To date the //Kharas Region has recorded, 35 positive COVID-19 cases, with 13 recoveries.
