The Northern Cape Province and the ||Kharas Regional Council have agreed to find new scientific methods to ensure sustainable water use for agricultural purposes, through a twinning agreement. A high-level delegation led by the South African High Commissioner, Archie Whitehead, is in the ||Kharas Region to reaffirm the neighbouring regions' twinning agreement.
