Khomas Governor Laura McLeod-Katjirua has added her voice in condemning gender-based violence, particularly women and girls which is becoming a cause for concern. McLeod-Katjirua singled out the recent incidents of robberies, rape of innocent girl child and killing of defenceless residents in the Khomas.
