The Khomas Police Commander, Commissioner Joseph Shikongo is warning Windhoek residents to adhere to the regulations set to curb the spread of COVID-19. Shikongo says the manner in which residents are conducting themselves will force the police to become even stricter. Despite the increase in Coronavirus infections in Khomas, some Windhoek residents are refusing to wear masks while others are still gathering in large numbers.
