Rukee Tjiharuka leapt onto television screens and captured the hearts of many viewers when COVID-19 hit Namibia as the youngster shared how to prevent infection from the Coronavirus. Her efforts recently resulted in a visit from the Kunene office of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, who travelled the 30 km from Opuwo to Otjirumbu Village to meet up with her.
