The Labour Commissioner's office is undertaking ambitious measures to eliminate delays confronting the Alternative Dispute Resolution process. Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation Minister, Utoni Nujoma says this includes the training of the current arbitrators and also recruiting qualified ones.
