DandM Rail Road Construction has defended its employment criteria, saying it consulted the Ministry of Labour before embarking on the process, something which the ministry has dismissed. Executive Director in the Ministry of Labour, Bro-Mathew Shinguadja has dismissed the company's assertion that it had consulted the ministry before embarking on the recruitment process.
