Lawyer Richard Metcalfe says he will make the Anti-Corruption Commission pay for defaming his client Dr Tobie Aupindi when he files a lawsuit in the next three weeks. The high court earlier this month, exonerated Aupindi and concluded that the prosecution's evidence fell short of proving that Di Savion paid for Aupindi's pool.
