Some long-serving SWAPO councillors in the //Kharas Region have failed to make it to the candidate's list to contest November's Regional Council and Local Authority Elections. Addressing a media conference, the party's regional coordinator Mathew Mumbala announced that some long-serving councillors have been voted out, and were replaced by young people.
