Lotteries operating in Namibia should get ready to comply with the provisions of the Lotteries Bill, currently debated in the National Council. The Environment and Tourism Minister Pohamba Shifeta said in an interview with NBC recently, that all lotteries are unlawful as there is currently no legal framework.
