The Landless Peoples Movement (LPM), promised to write off the water debts of the poor and those affected by the outbreak of COVID-19 if the party takes control of the Swakopmund Municipality. LPM launched its manifesto and introduced candidates for the Local Authority and Regional Council Elections.
