Vice President Nangolo Mbumba has commended the Health Ministry and regional councillors for an initiative to accommodate homeless people during the COVID-19 State of Emergency. Mbumba said this when he visited the Khomasdal Stadium and the Katutura Youth Complex to familiarise himself with the living conditions of people there.
