The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) budget was approved yesterday, amidst heavy criticism on media outlets resorting under the ministry. Of particular interest was the Namibia Broadcasting Cooperation (NBC), which some opposition MPs accused of being biased in its reporting.
