The Minister of Justice Yvonne Dausab is adamant that Government acted well within the confines of the law when the Minister of Health proclaimed new and amended measures to manage the COVID-19 pandemic. Such measures include the restriction of movement between 21h00 and 04h00, which some members of the public, human rights advocates and legal experts felt was beyond the minister's power.
