The Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr Kalumbi Shangula says there is a need to reinforce preventative measures as COVID-19 cases continue to rise especially in the Khomas Region. As of yesterday, 281 new positive cases were recorded, and Windhoek continues to top the list of new cases.
