Minister of Information Communication and Technology Dr Peya Mushelenga appealed for MPs to respect the parliamentary rules and procedures. He said this after a heated debate that started when Deputy Speaker Loide Kasingo announced the MPs to serve as chairpersons and deputies of the eight parliamentary standing committees.
