Works and Transport Minister John Mutorwa says TransNamib is one of the key government installations and thus will not be liquidated. Mutorwa was speaking at the occasion where the Development Bank of Namibia and the Development Bank of Southern Africa confirmed a N$2.6 billion loan for the parastatal.
