Stakeholders entrusted to address the housing backlog are urged to come up with solutions to the challenge of homelessness in the country. The Minister of Urban and Rural development Erastus Uutoni made the call during the ground-breaking ceremony of 72 houses by the National Housing Enterprise (NHE) in Karibib.
