The Ministry of Sport, Youth and National Service says it has moved a step closer to rolling out initiatives aimed at empowering young people for self-employment. Through its subsidiaries, the National Youth Service and National Youth Council, the ministry provided one million dollars to set-up greenhouses for horticulture production in all 14 regions.
