Misunderstanding regarding the responsibilities of management and councillors at Rehoboth is delaying the provision of services. This was said by Rehoboth town councils chief executive officer, Simeon Kanime. In terms of the Local Authorities Act, the management of a town is responsible for various administrative tasks.
