The Namibia Industrial Development Agency (NIDA) does not need a government bailout to turn its Kavango Cattle Ranch into a profitable business. This was the view of the Minister of Finance Iipumbu Shiimi during his visit to the Mangetti East Farm. NIDA's Chief Executive Officer Heinrich Mihe Gaomab II recently said the company needs N$100 million to repair water infrastructure and fences destroyed by elephants among others.
