Residents of Kavango West's Mpungu Village hope the Information Access Act will help bridge the information gap that exists between rural and urban areas. The villagers expressed this sentiment before the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information and Communications Technology(ICT) at a public consultation at the village recently.
