Communities have been warned not to use conservancies as a tool to divide them but rather focus towards driving rural economic growth and poverty eradication. Deputy Minister of Environment and Tourism, Tommy Nambahu said this at the opening of the Annual Central Conservancy Regional Chairperson Forum at Otjiwarongo in the Otjozondjupa Region.
