The month of September marks the National Month of the Deaf with 22 September coinciding as International Day of Sign Languages, advocating for the plight and celebration of the Deaf community locally and internationally. Paul Nanyeni the Executive Director of the National Association of the Deaf earlier this morning spoke on Good Morning Namibia.
