Deputy Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism, Heather Sibungo says Namibia's arts and craft sector needs to focus on improving skills among its workforce if the country is to see improvement in the overall standard of its cultural product offerings. Sibungo says this will help address issues of unemployment and bring about improvements in customer care, quality and branding.
